Payment methods and Stripe billing
How payments are processed, which card brands work, and how invoices are issued.

PacketStream Lite processes all payments through Stripe, which supports a wide range of international card brands. Bank transfer is available for annual contracts. Invoices are auto-generated and downloadable from the billing section of the portal.
Updating your payment method
- Open Billing → Payment Methods in the portal.
- Add a new card. Stripe verifies the card with a small temporary authorization.
- Mark the new card as default. Older cards can be removed once no charges are pending.

Card data never touches our infrastructure. Stripe handles tokenization end-to-end.
