How fast can I deploy a VPS instance?
Most instances are provisioned and reachable in under 60 seconds after checkout. Provisioning runs end-to-end through our in-house portal — no manual setup steps required.
Do you offer an SLA?
Yes. All Lite plans are backed by a 99.99% network and compute SLA. Eligible downtime is automatically credited to your account based on the published SLA terms.
How is traffic usage calculated?
Traffic on every VPS plan is delivered as a daily allowance, calculated by dividing the monthly traffic by 30 days. For example, a plan with 30TB of monthly traffic provides 1TB of usable traffic per day.
What happens if I exceed my daily traffic allowance?
If your daily traffic allowance is exceeded, any traffic credits charged to your account are consumed first. Once those credits are depleted, the instance is rate-limited to 1Mbps for the remainder of the day.
Where are your data centers located?
Our infrastructure is operated from Korea, with premium transit and peering through GSL, Telstra, PCCW, SK Broadband, LG Dacom, KINX, and other major carriers. China Optimized plans run on a network profile tuned for mainland China-bound traffic.
Is DDoS protection included?
Network-level DDoS mitigation is included on every instance at no extra cost. For workloads with stricter requirements, dedicated and customized protection is available on request.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PacketStream Lite processes all payments through Stripe, which supports a wide range of international card brands.
How do I get support?
